7 Things Sunday 4.21.24- Recalculating Expections
Hey good people, Happy Sunday!
Did you miss me last week ? I took an unintentional break, you know where you don’t end up doing everything you think you should and you just live life ? That’s exactly what I did. The week was scheduled to be very hectic but it ended up just the way God intended for it to.
1. We went live on IG! In the sense that there are now posts on the @inthesouth.co IG page. You’ve gotten to meet the team and this week we are going to start posting. We are using #inthesouth #BGITS for all our products. Join the party! I can’t wait to see y’all!
2. Had a private lesson with Miranda from Cake and Butter. She taught me to make a beautiful cake. Pinterest makes me want to do the wildest things.
3. My hens are kicking it in overdrive. Their eggs are so pretty.
4. Thursday I got to be field trip mom. I got to meet C at Johnnys Pizza for lunch then take her to my big girls play at school. I am so thankful I have a schedule that I can make all of these things.
5. Friday I got to meet friends at dinner. Then we went to Antique Alley to see the big duck !
6. Saturday I was literally scheduled to be at a soccer game, a softball tournament, piano lessons and Downtown River Market but everything canceled but piano. Me and my daughter learned how to play the happy birthday song ( CcdCFE) canceled due to bad weather.
7. There just seems to be a lot going on. Especially with the people around me. I have been exercising my listening ears and trying really hard not to do more than just listen. Sometimes people just want to say what they need to say out loud and aren’t wanting anything else to process. If you’re reading this I hope you have some people in your life that allow you just to clear your mind.
We are participating in the Art as Therapy market this weekend(4.27) This market was the first market we ever showed up to so I am excited to be able to do it again.
hopefully we have good weather. Come say hi if you make out !
I hope y’all have an amazing week.
Don’t forget
don’t be shy, let’s be social !
