7 Things Sunday… It’s NOVEMBER… 11.3.2024

Happy NOVEMBER GUYS!

It's my favorite month, mainly because it's the month I was born but ALSO it's the official descent into the holidays, which means REST is upon us!

MAMA's how we holding up? Fall ball and soccer are winding down, Spooky season is over, and the fall decor is up! I am currently sleepy but feeling pretty good about what I've gotten accomplished today. I'm not sure why but October is the month where it seems like I try to cram as much stuff as I possible can to see how much I actually get done. It is also, the month I feel like I get the most ideas and creativity and that fuels me pretty much for the next year. I know that's wild but thats just what happens.

I did a bunch of traveling this month. I'm thankful that's over and we can get into some fun and staying somewhere for longer than 24 hours.

7 Things..

1. Church has been giving out some nuggets. One of the biggest things that was placed on my heart a couple months ago was taking what we go over in church and implementing it into our household. Today we talked about the fruits of the spirit and I thought this would be a great way to help my littles learn them and for us to have a reminder. We happen to have a talented artist in the family and I asked him if he would draw this for our dining room. He did a great job!

2.  Saturday night we make a mini trip to Laffyette to see my oldest nephew. The entire way there and back I thought about how everyday we are wanting our girls to gain more and more independence so they can learn to care for themselves but I realized last night, as much of a big game I talk, I'm not sure I'm going to be okay when my girls move out. Like it sounds good to have an empty nest but the amount of worry that I have just with nephews and nieces is sure to multiple. I am covering them all with prayer that they will be protected, they will be prosperous, joyful, and call their momma every night before they go to bed. AMEN!

3. I'm out here BOB-IN! Aunt Jessica came through with the wrist work and got me slicked down ! There's nothing better than a bob. :)

4. With my birthday coming up, I've been DEEP in my shopping era. It started with HM and let me tell you it's been a journey. See if you can figure out a vibe or a theme.

5. I tore up Halloween clearance at Target. I got some good stuff 50% & 70% off. The early bird does get the worm. Stay tune for a haul on Youtube. When it goes 90% I plan to go back! I'll wait until that happens before posting.

6. I took the girls to go see Piece by Piece, the Pharell Williams LEGO Biopic. I cried. It literally left me in awe. I've seen a LEGO movie before but it was something about it being customize to real people. Something about the music and just Pharrell's contribution to the culture. I really really enjoyed it and WILL be watching it again. Go watch it!

7. Ya'll NOV 5, if you haven't already go out and VOTE. Louisiana showed out with 500,000 early voters. I'm hoping a lot more people go on Tuesday and cast your vote to protect women and families.

That's it, & all.
