7 Things Sunday- May 12, 2024- Happy Mother's Day

Hows's it going?!
Happy Mother's Day to all the people who love and are loved by a woman in their lives. I hope today brings happy memories to mind.
Mother's Day is a day that sometimes I am still shocked that I get a celebrate. Ask 26 year old Alisa, children were FAR from her mind. Fast forward to today where they are on the forefront of my mind and my heart.
7 things for this week !
1. We are almost to the championship tournament for one league of softball! Which means I can have more time to create and travel !
2. I am looking forward to some vacations this summer ! I took advantage of the Live Nation $25 concert series! I am HYPE. I still have 2 more I would love to go to so we’ll see what the next couple of months look like.
3. I had another visit from Miranda at Cake and Butter. This time she taught me how to make Jerk Salmon Poptarts. It was SOO delicious.
4. I got my hair done ! I have been wearing braids for about a year non stop. I was able to get my ends cut and the growth is remarkable! Shout out to Jessica at Rae Lee Salon :) She gives me the silkiest silk presses ive ever had in my LIFE!
5. Went for my yearly mammogram. I’ve had a Braca and it’s important I get checked out so here I am! I think Kitty Degree updated their robes! These are actually kinda cute. #missontokeepthetatas

6. I have a great vision for life. And I’m going to make every dream come true. Sometimes I know that doesn’t excite or make the people around me feel good but I think im over doing what makes me less visible.
7. I took my Macbook to get fixed Friday. I was excited that there was someone in town to fix it. I wasn’t happy about the price but sometimes you gotta figure out what you want. Saturday I go and pick it up and my Mac is now two toned. I wanted to scream but there was literally nothing I could do about it. It works and so I’m going to make sure it is put in a place where no one can bother it.
