7 Things Sunday …Window Seat… 9.15.24
Hey yall
Happy Sunday
It’s been a Sunday. Currently I’m sitting in the corner of McAlister’s Deli, the flagship of my dreams. I woke up today with a zest about me and I should have known the day was going to be what it is. Relationships as adults are hard. I was having a conversation with a friend earlier about how she’s adventurous and love does all these non single user things but she has a partner who doesn’t like to do a lot and she doesn’t have friends outside of work. I FELT that DEEPLY! However I do have friends outside of work but my real ones don’t live here and traveling without kids can be ALOT. It seems like family relationships are hitting an all time high too. Some friends and I are in an era where our relationships with family is very strained for whatever reason. Sometimes 2+2 don’t equal 4 when it comes to parents and siblings and sometimes it stresses me out. Here I am trying to live in joy get some sun and workout and people just want to cause frown lies and make me raise my voice.
I digress.
Hang in there prayer and therapy is there for a reason.
7 Things !
1. Fall ball is here. Check out the backdrop God created yesterday.
2. 2 years ago I got in chicken business! Unfortunately something got into my coop and ate half of my flock. I really hate it. I had to go to Home Depot and update my coop. I was suppose to expand this summer but I never got to it. Here’s to Fall brining a more secure coop. 
3. High school football season is upon us, and as usual it’s a great time to be a LION. We went to the game Friday night at Wossman! They have a beautiful campus and a hilarious announcer. 
5. Sept is our wedding anniversary month. We celebrated 12 years. JMN took me to Doe’s and we ended the night walking the aisles of Walmart. 
6. My favorite season Fall is upon us which means it’s time for family photos. For the past 2 years DeonTrey from Red Dot Photography has done our pictures. I did have a hair emergency during this shoot that I most definitely acted like a 2 year old but do you see the hues ?! The skin is skinning. 
7. Check out these beauties! Y’all need to go to Holly Middleton Browns Facebook and get in her DMs! She hand drew these! She’s crafty and I’m trying to encourage her to do more.
